BSG Auto Glass must refund me but they are giving me a run around

I recently paid BSG Auto Glass to replace a windscreen for a vehicle however I received advise that their windscreens were not of good quality, within minutes of paying them via debit order I requested them to cancel the transaction, I was promised by Vusi( Sales Consultant) that I can come on Saturday (05 Nov 2017) to collect my refund upon my arrival I was informed that they do not have cash and the matter would be referred to head office by Caroline, I made a number of follow up’s for the whole week on the refund and surprisingly this Saturday when I called I was taken from pillar to post and Caroline avoiding my calls, could you please assist me in getting my refund. their contact numbers are: 010 010 6800
