I was suspended after 5 hearings following workplace dispute. I took the matter to the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) where the employer was ordered to pay my labour dues. The employer promised to pay the amount but failed. CCMA rewarded a letter of execution but the employer also ignored this. Then we went to Legal Aid the Labour Court where a letter of execution was issued. But the company still ignored everything. They just don’t care. We really need this letter to be made to a article 65, so this directors can come to court. We don’t have money. My wife is sick and we are going end up sleeping in the streets. Please is there anybody that could help us. They live a high life and hide everything away. We need this Article 65.

Kind Regards Edward Mans
